What does it cost?

New consultations are $115. Report of Findings are $100. Follow up consultations are $79. Maintenance care appointments are $68. You may pay by cash or card, and we have HICAPS onsite for quick claiming.

What is your new patient procedure?

When you book in you will receive an email with some details about parking, appointment location, etc . New patients are sent a few forms to fill in ahead of time if possible. This includes an overall health history, a chief complaint form, outcome measures and an informed consent to review. Filling this in prior to your appointment will allow us the most time for assessment, diagnsis and treatment.
